Meet the Team

Hannah joined the company in April 2017. After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a 2:1 with honours. She is very tenacious with an eye for detail which is particularly suited to her role producing tenancy agreements and notices etc. Hannah and her boyfriend renovated their first house in Davenham and are enjoying being homeowners with their chocolate Labrador, Phoebe.

With 14 years of experience in the lettings industry, I have developed a strong passion for the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the business. I enjoy building positive relationships with clients and helping people find the right property solutions, while embracing the daily challenges that make every day different. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time at home with my husband and our two dogs. I’m also a big fan of live music and regularly enjoy attending music gigs and comedy nights

Karen has worked in the field of estate agency for many years and has carried out a variety of roles for a major national company, where she was promoted to the role of Branch Manager at their Knutsford office. She is very tenacious and her calm personality is particularly well suited to the role of sales progressing, which occupies much of her time in the office. Outside the office Karen spends a lot of time with her daughter and grandson and loves the outdoors life. She also has a passion for upcycling furniture and a good night out with the girls.

The firm's founder and driving force. Has been in Estate Agency since 1987 and locally since opening Williams Estates in 2002. Andrew has huge experience in this market sector and is immediately on hand to deal personally with each and every client. Andrew lives with his wife Helena and her three children, Harry, Fliss and Jack. He has two children of his own, Hannah who is a qualified primary school teacher and Ross, who has recently graduated at Sheffield University. When not working Andrew can normally be found on the golf course.

Helena joined the company in December 2022 as Creative Director. During lockdown, she created an interiors instagram page as this is something she has a real eye and passion for. This has lead to us offering a home staging service to our clients. Previously, Helena worked for two regional estate agencies and has studied Marketing. Helena also manages our social media. Helena is married to Andrew, they live in Hartford and have 5 children between them. Her interests aside from interiors are dancing and the gym.
