Our Selling Fees

At Williams Estates we pride ourselves in being completely transparent about our commission rates and charges

Our sole agency commission rate is 1% plus VAT with a minimum fee of £1,250 plus VAT, this is of course on a strict “No Sale No Fee” basis. We do not claim to be the cheapest but we do offer excellent value for money. References and testimonials are always available for inspection or just ask anyone that has moved with us!

We ask clients to pay for the EPC and the current cost including VAT is £60. These are then the possession of the client but available for our use. The EPC has a 10-year shelf life, so if circumstances change they can be used again in the future.
